moto jackets

It’s Thursday and we all know what that means, it is almost the weekend! Here in Kentucky, it has been grey, gloomy and raining for most of the week. I don’t know about you, but I am ready to see the sun shine it’s rays again.

Today, I’m going to talk about how to wear and style a summer dress or in my case, a jumpsuit into the upcoming fall season.

It may be hard to tell, but this is a jumpsuit. This black and white striped jumpsuit is from Anthropologie. I saw another fashion blogger wearing it and I immediately fell in love.

The pants of this jumpsuit are extremely wide legged. This wide legged style makes this jumpsuit drape loosely from the body and flow gracefully. It literally feels like you are wearing a cloud. The fabric is so soft, and I can honestly say that this is one of the most comfortable pieces of clothing currently in my closet.

As the weather begins to change and the temperatures become cooler, jackets are a MUST! With a jacket, you can easily transition a summer dress or jumpsuit into the upcoming fall season.

I layered this jumpsuit with a moto jacket I purchased from TJ Maxx (no surprise there). Moto jackets are a great staple piece to any wardrobe. If you wanting to rev up your style, moto jackets create an edgy look that will kick your fashion into high gear. These jackets can be paired with almost everything from dresses to jumpsuits and the classic jeans and a top.

I have linked some similar style moto jackets here, here and here. The first two are priced under $30, and the last is $60. Moto jackets come in many different colors and are made with a variety of fabrics. Typically, the higher priced jackets are made with leather while the lower priced jackets are made using a faux leather or polyester blend material. Either way, wear something that makes you comfortable and is in your price range.
